Safar Book Club
In late 2020, the Safar Oilfield Supplies team began an initiative that coincided with the Company’s commitment to continuous learning/improvement and enhancing the well-being of their employees.
The team of nine Safar employees meets once a week (virtually) to discuss a chapter (or a few chapters) of a chosen book. Since the initiative began, they have read and discussed two books.
- Forming good habits inside and outside of the workplace.
- Related to customer satisfaction and achieving successful win-win outcomes for our vendors and customers.
Everyone is enjoying this exercise and we are growing as a team and individually.
